Guilt-Free Vegan Chocolate Frosty
Serves: 1-2
  • 1 medium-large ripe bananas (use frozen banana for a thicker frosty)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp gelatinized maca root powder (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (optional) - I like the Sun Warrior brand
  • 3-4 dates
  • 1 dollop of natural peanut butter
  • 8-12 ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (more to thin)
  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
This recipe is best enjoyed on a hot summer afternoon while listening to Chuck Berry's "No Particular Place To Go".
